Matthew Lawrence is the Managing Partner of Lone Star Development, a commercial real estate firm specializing in the design, construction, leasing, and management of high-quality commercial properties. With a focus on innovative and strategically located developments, Lone Star has recently completed a 44,000-square-foot mixed-use project in Tomball, Texas. The company is set to begin construction on a 17,000-square-foot retail center in 2025 and has an exciting mixed-use development planned for 2026.
Born and raised in Spring, Texas, Matthew spent eight years in Germany working for Mr. Wash Autoservice, one of the world’s leading car wash operators, where he managed large-scale operations. Now back in Texas, he leads the management and leasing of all Lone Star Development properties while actively assisting in new project development.
Matthew works closely with his father, Bill Lawrence, and longtime family friend Jason Snell to drive the company’s growth and success. With a hands-on approach and a passion for building thriving commercial spaces, he continues to shape the future of Lone Star Development.
